About weme

We are a design and technology consultancy.

We explore the power of Design combined with Technology to develop digital products, solutions, and experiences, accelerating innovation and scaling impact.

We do this with a focus on people and an end-to-end vision, co-creating through experimentation and continuous delivery cycles, combining design, business, and software development capabilities.

Work Model

We have a hybrid work model, with people living in São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Recife, Distrito Federal, and even in Spain and Portugal. We have an office in Gather (our virtual hub) where we stay connected, both for meetings with clients and for team meetings and celebrations. In addition, we have a really cool physical space in São Paulo.

Our geek spirit drives us to explore the unknown, seeking solutions that bring tangible results and positively impact society.

To achieve this, we believe in systemic empathy that seeks to understand multiple perspectives and structures a transversal way of thinking to solve problems and make decisions, putting people at the center.

In addition, we put the well-being of our team first. Trust is our basic premise, we build strong relationships and operate in a transparent and collaborative structure that contributes to a positive environment.
